Set in the year 2050 on a future earth, J.F. Kynigos is tasked with solving a murder case involving an undercover cop who has uncovered an underground syndicate of thugs. This group is seeking to alter the biomechanics of humans and manipulate a new breed of enhanced, deformed outcasts to carry out their criminal activities. Despite coming from a family of law enforcement, J.F. does not follow in his father's footsteps, who was known for his unconventional methods in dealing with criminals. J.F.'s mother, a devout Black American, reminds him of his purpose and faith. His father is missing, last heard of on a mission to Mars Moon where he reportedly went berserk. Throughout the story, J.F. will face life-threatening situations that will culminate in a dramatic event at the end of book 2, leading to new challenges and revelations in future issues. The narrative will explore themes of divine intervention and the manifestation of extraordinary powers through Kynigos' mother, a woman of unwavering faith and maternal devotion.
